These fields allows you to upload a custom sign image for each of the main signs that appear in the Conference Lobby. All of these images should be 250px by 300px. If no custom signs are uploaded the standard A-frame signs will be present unless turned off using the Signage in the Event Lobby fields.
Session Lobby Icon
- This field allows you to upload an image that will direct the attendees to the Sesion Lobby where they can access the Session Rooms. Checking the box next to “Remove Session Lobby Icon” allows you to remove your uploaded image.
Exhibition Lobby Icon
- This field allows you to upload an image that will direct the attendees to the main Exhibit Hall where they can access either the exhibitor/poster booths or select one of the sub-lobbies in your Exhibit Hall. Checking the box next to “Remove Exhibition Lobby Icon” allows you to remove your uploaded image.
Chat Lounge Icon
- This field allows you to upload an image that will direct the attendees to the Chat Lounge where they can chat with any other attendees in an environment that is not tied to a session or an exhibitor. Checking the box next to “Remove Chat Lounge Icon” allows you to remove your uploaded image.
Help Center Icon
- This field allows you to upload an image that will direct the attendees to the Help Center where they can access in-event support as well as make edits to their profile, access the event-wide survey, access the schedule, or view their profile usage. Checking the box next to “Remove Help Center Icon” allows you to remove your uploaded image.
Make sure to click “Save Information” at the bottom of the page after any updates to save your work!
