Custom Exhibitor Levels

You can edit the name, section, and items per section based on the sponsor level of any booth. Click on Customize Exhibitor Levels on this page to access where you can set these limitations. Once on the Exhibitors - Levels page update the following fields.

Sponsor Type

• This is the Sponsor Level in the system that corresponds to the reporting capabilities.

Custom Name

• This field allows you to customize the name of this sponsor level. Enter any custom name that you would like to have appear in the Sponsor Level field on the Exhibitor Edit screen.

Max Sections

• This field allows you to limit the number of sections that the booth admin can create in their booth. Enter the maximum number of sections that you would like to allow the booth admins that are assigned to this sponsor type in this field.

Max Items Per Section

• This field allows you to limit the number of items that the booth admin can assign to any of their sections. Enter the maximum number of items that you would like to allow the booth admins to assign to a section who are assigned to this sponsor type in this field.

Once these fields are updated, click the Save Level button. If you would like to edit any customization on a level that you have previously created click on [Edit] next to the level you would like to update. You can also delete any customizations that you have created by clicking on [Delete] next to the level that you would like to remove the customizations from.
