How to Preview Your Exhibitor Booth

You have the ability to preview your booth to see what your booth will look like in the event. We recommend that you use this preview feature as the booth is being edited and once the booth is complete. Click on “Preview” in your booth builder tool to be able to see what your booth will look like. This “Preview” option will provide an exact replica of what the live booth will look like minus the following items.

Chat

• The chat will appear on the lower right corner of the screen. Booth admins do not have special privileges here; they should introduce themselves when answering questions as “on behalf of X company” to establish their role.

Booth Admin tools

• These admin tools may be available in the lower central area of the screen only for booth admins. If they do not appear, please reach out to your event organizer to see if this option is available for you.
