On the day of the event you will log into the event like any other attendee. Please make sure that you are registered for the event. If you have any questions on how to do that, please reach out to the show organizer!
In order to participate in this chat in your booth or visit your booth, please click on "Exhibit Hall" from the Conference Lobby. Locate your booth on the page that you are directed to and click on the image. This will take you to your booth. On this page you will be able to chat with your attendees if this option is made available to you. You may also have access to in-event reporting. If you have questions about either of these, please reach out to your show organizers!
