What are some general tips?

Set your desktop resolution to 1280x720, or as close as possible. Some setups may only allow 1280x768 or 1280x800.

There is a video file size limit of 800 MB. Files larger than this may fail and are not accepted. Files will be encoded to our standard broadcast rate noted in the VME.

We recommend that all recordings be provided in a .mp4 file format. If these are loaded in any other format there will be other additional steps needed to ensure that the video plays as expected.

Please let us know if you are uploading a file format that is not a .mp4 as there are manual steps that must be taken to allow you to preview this video.
