The disclaimer shows at the end of the registration form. The default disclaimer will appear if you do not add text to this area, which is:

If updating the disclaimer information, it is required per GDPR that the attendee agrees to the vConferenceOnline.com privacy policy and it is required to include a link to that in any custom disclaimer.
