Exhibition Sub Lobbies

Creating Exhibition Lobbies (including Poster Halls)

This is used to create sub-lobbies within the exhibition hall.

1. Navigate to the VME
2. In the “Event” dropdown, select the desired event and click “Go to Event”
3. Click on “Exhibitors”
4. Click on “Add/Edit lobby”
5. Enter the Lobby Name
6. Enter the Lobby Selector Image
7. Enter the Lobby Background
8. Click “Save Lobby”
9. Once the sub lobby or or sub lobbies have been created, each booth will have to be manually assigned to each lobby.

How to assign exhibitor booths or poster booths to a sub lobby

1. Navigate to the VME
2. In the “Event” dropdown, select the desired event and click “Go to Event”
3. Click on “Exhibitors”
4. In each exhibitor’s row in the VME, select the lobby in the “Choose Lobby” dropdown and click “Update”
