Sponsor Levels

This article is intended for Event Admins only. Booth Admins can view the Sponsor Level selected by the Event Admin but are not able to make any edits on this. If you are a Booth Admin please reach out to your event organizer for any questions.

Important Note about Sponsor Levels and Reporting

• All sponsor levels provide some level of automatic reporting at this time. If no reporting is desired, please reach out to the support team by using the Support Portal at https://vconferenceonline.reamaze.com/ and ask them to disallow all reporting for exhibitors. This will impact 100% of your exhibitors and/or posters and we do not have the ability to prevent certain exhibitors from gaining access to reporting while allowing other exhibitors access.
• This article focuses on the reporting capabilities of each of these levels. To set up custom limitations on section numbers and items per section please head to the Custom Exhibitor Levels article.

Level 1, Keynote

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report and the full Registration Report.
  • Booth Attendee Report includes information from all attendees that visited the exhibitor booth during the event. This information includes attendee name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), title (if provided), what items the attendee interacted with in the booth, and any notes that a booth admin makes on the attendee during the event.
  • Registration report provides all information provided during the registration process for all attendees, regardless of if the attendee visited the exhibitor booth.

Level 2, Premiere

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report and the full Registration Report.
  • Booth Attendee Report includes information from all attendees that visited the exhibitor booth during the event. This information includes attendee name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), title (if provided), what items the attendee interacted with in the booth, and any notes that a booth admin makes on the attendee during the event.
  • Registration report provides all information provided during the registration process for all attendees, regardless of if the attendee visited the exhibitor booth.

Level 3, Technical

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report
  • Booth Attendee Report includes information from all attendees that visited the exhibitor booth during the event. This information includes attendee name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), title (if provided), what items the attendee interacted with in the booth, and any notes that a booth admin makes on the attendee during the event.
• This level does not get access to the full Registration Report.

Level 4, Pavilion

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report
  • Booth Attendee Report includes information from all attendees that visited the exhibitor booth during the event. This information includes attendee name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), title (if provided), what items the attendee interacted with in the booth, and any notes that a booth admin makes on the attendee during the event.

Level 5, Listing

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report

Level 6, Poster

• This level gets access to the Booth Attendee Report
  • Booth Attendee Report includes information from all attendees that visited the exhibitor booth during the event. This information includes attendee name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), title (if provided), what items the attendee interacted with in the booth, and any notes that a booth admin makes on the attendee during the event.
• This level does not get access to the full Registration Report.
