This field controls how many rooms are present in the Sessions Lobby. This number must equal the number of tracks (rooms) that are set up on the Sessions page. If there are fewer session boards enabled than there are session rooms created, the attendees will not be able to see all of the session rooms and will not be able to access any sessions in those rooms.
Make sure to click “Save Information” at the bottom of the page after any updates to save your work!
