Polls

Page of the VME: Sessions

Click on "View" under Poll next to the session on this page to create a poll or polls for a specific session. Enter the Poll Title on the page that appears, and then click "Save Poll".

Once you have saved the Poll, click on "questions" under Q & A to begin entering the questions and answers. Below are the fields located on the Session Poll Questions page and some important information.

Question:

• This is a required field
• This field will set the question that is displayed for the attendees when they navigate to the poll.

Answer 1:

• This is a required field
• This field will set the first answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Answer 2:

• This is not a required field.
• This field will set the second answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Answer 3:

• This is not a required field.
• This field will set the third answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Answer 4:

• This is not a required field.
• This field will set the fourth answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Answer 5:

• This is not a required field.
• This field will set the fifth answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Answer 6:

• This is not a required field.
• This field will set the sixth answer that is displayed for the attendees when they see this question.

Once the question is answered, click "Save QA" and follow the same steps to create multiple questions on the poll.

Important Information:

• The attendees will be able to access polls by clicking on "Poll" inside of the session room. After they have answered this the button will switch to "Poll Results".
• The Event Admin can view and/or clear all poll results in the VME by clicking on Poll Results Admin.
