Enable (if checked) 'Who's Here' list of attendees within chat

These fields turn on and off the list of all attendees inside of various chat rooms within the event. Please note that if this is turned off for a specific room the attendees will not be able to utilize the private chat function in the corresponding room.
Session Room

• This box controls the "Who's Here" inside of all session rooms.
• If this is checked all attendees will be able to click on the “Who’s Here” link in the Chat box to see a list of all other attendees who are currently in the room and have been there for more than 2 minutes. If this is deactivated no attendees will be able to see the "Who's Here" option and will not be able to utilize the private chat function in any session room.

Exhibitor Booths

• This box controls the "Who's Here" inside of all exhibitor booths.
• If this is checked all attendees and booth admins will be able to click on the “Who’s Here” link in the chat box to see all other attendees who are currently in the room and have been there for more than 2 minutes. If this is deactivated no attendees will be able to see the "Who's Here" option and will not be able to utilize the private chat function in any exhibitor booth.

Chat Lounge

• This box controls the "Who's Here" inside of the Chat Lounge and all sub-chat lounges.
• If this is checked all attendees will be able to click on the “Who’s Here” button in the chat room to see all other attendees who are currently in the chat room and have been there for more than 2 minutes. If this is deactivated no attendees will be able to see the "Who's Here" option and will not be able to utilize the private chat function in the Chat Lounge and all sub-chat lounges.
