What images can I update?

Below are a list of the images that you can update inside of your event across all of the different areas inside of your event. We've also linked directly to the individual articles for ease of reference.

Microsite and Login Page

• Hero Shot - This image should be at least 1600px by 850px.
• Host Logo - This image should be 200px by 60 px or less.

Conference Lobby

• Lobby Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your main Conference Lobby.
• Conference Lobby Icons (Session Lobby, Exhibit Hall, Help Center, Chat Lounge): These should be 250px by 300px and can be uploaded in the VME.

Exhibit Hall(s)

• Exhibition Hall Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your main Exhibit Lobby.

Session Lobby

• Session Lobby Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your Session Lobby.
• Session Player Page Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for all of your Session rooms.

Chat Lounge

• Chat Lounge Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your Chat Lounge.

On-Demand Video

• On Demand Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your On Demand Video lobby.
• On Demand Player Page Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your On Demand Video room where the attendees will watch the on demand sessions.

Help Center

• Help Center Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your Help Center.

Resource Center (if applicable)

• Resource Center Background: This image should be a 16:9 ratio image in the highest resolution possible. This will be the background image for your Resource Center if this is enabled.
