This is the confirmation email automatically sent out by the vConferenceOnline system to confirm with the attendee that they have been registered successfully for the event on the event's microsite. This email comes from and the content is dependent entirely on what is put into this field.

This section allows for a series of replaceable parameters, which, when input into the email will pull information automatically specifically for that attendee.

||FIRSTNAME|| pulls the attendee’s first name.
||FULLNAME|| pulls the attendee’s full (first and last) name.
||EMAIL|| pulls the attendee’s email address.
||INVOICE|| pulls the attendee’s invoice number.
||AMOUNT|| pulls the registration price.
||PNREF|| pulls the attendee’s reference number.
||DATE|| pulls the event date.
||ADDRESS|| pulls the attendee’s supplied address.
||LINK|| provides a speed link where the attendee can bypass the login page and access the event directly.

Important Notes

  • It is recommended to set up reminder emails for your attendees to remind them about when the event is and their login details (their email address and they will want to remember the password they set up or know how to reset it). This should come from your team either from an internal mailer or an application like Constant Contact or MailChimp.
  • This email will not be sent if you choose to import or use our API for registrations. You will need to send out an email fom either an internal mailer or an application like Constant Contact or MailChimp.
